This blog of mine will be mostly for big news events that I feel strongly about politically. Mostly it will be a place for me to display my opinions. I have a lot of them and I have needed a place to store them for a while. My brain has illuminated the 'no' on its vacancy sign (Death Cab, anyone?).My Point of View
I was raised in a very conservative (politically, that is), Catholic household in the Midwest with less than strict parents and went to Catholic school from preschool until I graduated high school. I attended a 4-year liberal arts public university in my home state and graduated with a BA in business management.Currently, I am a 27-year-old, single, heterosexual, cisgender, female. I work a 9 to 5 and live in my own home with my pupper dog, Luna. I love to write, try new recipes and keep up to date on pop culture (despite my early 2000s Death Cab reference earlier). I have no political party affiliation, though I tend to lean pretty left of center, simply because I put people before profit. Religiously, I still fully respect the Catholic faith and everything it has given me, but I currently do not practice any particular faith.
